mpoapi Platform Agreement

Welcome to mpoapi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mpoapi ("we", "us", "our",the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mpoapi online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, and services offered under the domainmpoapi.click.

mpoapi operates an online casino and sports betting platform serving players across Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and surrounding areas. Our platform provides access to slots, live casino table games, sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia and international leagues), lottery products, arcade games, and crash-format instant games.

By accessing the mpoapi platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the mpoapi platform through which gaming and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a Player's Account, inclusive of real-money funds and any active bonus funds where separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real monetary value into a Player's Account via an approved payment method, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, or accepted cryptocurrency channels.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to any individual game or betting market, which supplement and are subject to these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by mpoapi to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility before processing withdrawals or upon request.
• "Platform" means the mpoapi website, any associated mobile application, and all services and content available through those channels.
• "Player", "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the mpoapi platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under these Terms or applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times that Bonus Funds (and in some cases the initial deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be made.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the mpoapi platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system) aged21 years or older. mpoapi strictly prohibits the registration or play of any person under the age of 21.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the platform solely for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law, to the extent that participation would constitute a criminal offence on your part.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of mpoapi or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or third-party service providers where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or gambling exclusion register relevant to your circumstances.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by mpoapi for violation of these Terms.

Each eligible individual is permitted to holdone Account only on the mpoapi platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. If mpoapi identifies multiple accounts held by the same player — whether by the same name, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifying data — it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances or bonus winings.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update any information that changes. mpoapi accepts no liability for losses or complications arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. mpoapi will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify mpoapi support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.1 Account Verification

mpoapi may at any time, and will at minimum upon the first withdrawal request, require you to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following: a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address dated within three months, and/or documentation confirming the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by mpoapi may result in Account suspension and delayed processing of withdrawal requests.

mpoapi operates a structured Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gambling and anti-money laundering principles. All Players are subject to identity verification requirements, which may be triggered at registration, upon reaching deposit thresholds, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time mpoapi dems appropriate.

The following documentation may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo ID clearly showing your name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past90 days, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used (e.g., GrabPay account details, bank statement header) to confirm ownership.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, mpoapi may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited on the platform.

mpoapi handles all KYC documentation in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy. Documents are reviewed securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

mpoapi supports a range of Malaysian-localised payment methods designed to provide fast and convenient deposit experiences. Currently accepted deposit channels include GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum deposit cap, although large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.

6.2 Currency

The mpoapi platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the deposit transaction. mpoapi accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

6.3 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• mpoapi reserves the right to return deposits to their source and request alternative payment documentation at its absolute discretion.
• Deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from mpoapi's operational funds.
• Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. mpoapi is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. mpoapi reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal channels in cases where the original deposit method does not support outbound transfers, or where KYC requirements have not been satisfied.

7.1 Processing Timeframes

mpoapi targets the following processing windows, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of any account review:

• GrabPay / Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost: Typically 15–30 minutes for verified accounts.
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically 30–60 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM MYT; next business day otherwise.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT): Processing subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 1–3 hours.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• mpoapi reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on any withdrawal request, which may result in temporary processing delays.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during an active bonus promotion may be subject to the terms of that specific promotion.

mpoapi offers various promotional offers including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and referral incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. mpoapi reserves the right to restrict bonus availability based on account status, jurisdiction, or other criteria.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Different game types may contribute at different rates towards fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Any wagering requirements not met within the expiry window will result in the automatic cancellation of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• mpoapi reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice in cases where there is reasonable evidence of promotional abuse, system errors, or fraudulent activity.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless expressly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.

All games and betting markets available on the mpoapi platform are subject to specific Game Rules published within each game or market. Those Game Rules form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific Game Rules and these Terms, the Game Rules prevail in respect of the specific game or market in question.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the platform and may not be amended or cancelled after placement, unless specifically permitted by the applicable Game Rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data feed failure that materially affects the outcome of a wager, mpoapi reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. Where possible, mpoapi will communicate the outcome of such reviews to affected players within a reasonable timeframe.
• Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, UFC, and other events — are settled in accordance with the official competition result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Live in-play bets are settled based on the official result recorded at the conclusion of the event.
• Mix Parlay combinations are subject to the individual odds and rules applicable to each component leg. If one or more legs of a Mix Parlay are voided, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining legs at the applicable odds.
• mpoapi reserves the right to limit maximum wager amounts, restrict betting markets, or decline bets at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpoapi platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using fraudulent payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one Account to circumvent bonus restrictions, betting limits, or Account suspensions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise act in bad faith against the platform or other players.
• Automated Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to access or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Arbitrage and Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures, odds discrepancies, or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of known or suspected software errors, odds feed errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any winings resulting from such exploitation will be voided and the Account may be closed.
• Money Laundering: Using the mpoapi platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime or any other illegal financial activity. mpoapi will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 21, including sharing login credentials.

mpoapi is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means of resolving personal financial difficulties. mpoapi provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account dashboard. Changes to lower limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time alerts that notify them of elapsed gaming session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered within a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, the Account will be closed and no marketing communications will be sent.

All content on the mpoapi platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of mpoapi or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mpoapi platform for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; (c) use any automated system to extract data or content from the platform; or (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of the mpoapi brand name, logo, or platform content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpoapi, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party failures, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond mpoapi's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, or banking institutions.
• Decisions you make in relation to betting or gaming, or any financial consequences arising from those decisions.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, mpoapi's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Voluntary Closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting mpoapi support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

Closure by mpoapi: mpoapi reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to satisfy KYC requirements; regulatory or legal obligations; or discovery of Account ineligibility (including underage gambling). In cases of fraud or material Terms breach, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited in full.

Upon Account closure, your licence to use the mpoapi platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance relating to your use of the mpoapi platform, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Please provide full details of the dispute, including relevant dates, transaction references, and the specific outcome you are seeking.

mpoapi will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission. Complex investigations may require additional time, in which case we will provide progress updates.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under the terms of mpoapi's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from our support team.

mpoapi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via an on-platform notification displayed upon next login.

Your continued use of the mpoapi platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page. Previous versions of these Terms may be obtained by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpoapi holds its gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in mpoapi's licensing documentation, available upon request.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under the laws of Malaysia. Malaysian players are reminded that the lawfulness of online gambling activities in Malaysia is governed by the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and related legislation. mpoapi does not provide legal advice and you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with applicable local law.

You irevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not otherwise resolved in accordance with Section 15 above.
